EVERY BODY IS WISE

Somatic Education & Therapy - Movement-Based Expressive Arts

IMG_7821.PNG

Ana Liz Ceregatti, RSME/T is a Somatic Movement Therapist and Educator, Expressive Arts and Somatic Mindfulness Educator, and a trainee teacher of the Tamalpa Life/Art Process®.

Her somatic-expressive approach creates access to inner life through working directly with the body and integrating felt-sense experience, emotions, psyche, and imagination.

Individual and group sessions are organized around narrative, embodied support, movement explorations, and somatic-artistic interventions that facilitate processes of healing, creativity, and personal growth. With a trauma-informed and humanistic lens, Ana creates a fluid and soulful experience for her clients.

Drawing upon her years of study, practice, and personal experience, Ana has honed her skills and warm approach to guide clients to reconnect with their many layers and essence, re-member and use embodied wisdom, and discover and express the whole-hearted freedom of their nature.

Specializing in women’s issues, she extends the invaluable resources and tools she’s learned and uses in her life to all who join her workshops, classes, and private sessions.

Sessions are offered in person in Los Angeles, CA, and online via Zoom.

"I work with women who are eager to cultivate true self-love (not the type we're sold at every corner), transform pain and trauma into valuable resources, and foster positive changes for a more fulfilling, creative, and conscious life.

My clients share a strong desire to build meaningful connections: with their bodies, inner selves, others, and the world. I support them to nurture safety and trust within themselves, and develop the skills to self-express authentically, establish healthy boundaries, and mobilize their strengths to shape a life aligned with their unique values, abilities, and desires."

Embodying the Inner Wild - A Somatic-Arts Workshop

On the night of the full Wolf Moon, the first full moon of 2024, join us for an exploration into the depths of your untamed spirit.

Inspired by the timeless wisdom of Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés in her seminal work, "Women Who Run with the Wolves," we’ll journey inwards to rediscover and express the powerful force that resides within each of us: the Wild Woman.

The Wild Woman is the keeper of good instincts, passionate creativity, and ageless wisdom.

In a world filled with sociocultural rules and expectations that aim to confine us into rigid roles and bodies, the Wild Woman reconnects us to our freedom of expression, joy of movement, and deep inner wisdom.

This workshop is an invitation to experience and honor the wild within you, too often subdued.

January 25th, Thursday, 6:15 to 8:45 pm
+ an online session (optional) on Jan 18th.

at IntoMeSea, Santa Monica, CA

“Our work together helped me to get into my body and, through this, gain clarity about the internal conflict I was experiencing. I really enjoy the use of different forms of expression and how they complement each other. Ana's presence make me feel safe, and her way of being make me feel seen and help me to dive deeper."
