Embodying the Inner Wild
A somatic-expressive journey to channel and harness your Inner Wild.
An exploration of women's inner wild through Movement-Based Expressive Arts.
Immerse in the embodiment of the wild within you to forge a direct connection with the guiding wisdom held within your body, bringing clarity to inner conflicts and learning pathways to transform them into wellsprings of healing, self-trust, and empowerment.
“Within every woman there lives a powerful force, filled with good instincts, passionate creativity, and ageless knowing. She is the Wild Woman, who represents the instinctual nature of women. But she is an endangered species."
As described by Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes in her book "Women Who Run With The Wolves", the Wild Woman is not just an idea; she is a symbol of the liberated expression of women's souls, a powerful force within each of us.
On the night of the Full Wolf Moon, the first full moon of 2024, gather with a group of soulful women to explore the depths of your untamed spirit, and rediscover and express this powerful force within.
In a world with sociocultural rules and expectations that aim to confine us into rigid roles and bodies, the Wild Woman guides us to connect with the aspects of ourselves that remain authentic and hold the medicine for our deepest wounds.
The gifts of our wildish nature are ours from birth, yet the cacophony of societal norms and inherited wounds often drowns out the deep, life-giving messages of our own souls.
This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with your instinctual and intuitive roots and honor the wild within you.
