A Creative Approach Towards Self-Healing, Wholeness & Freedom
A Creative Approach Towards Self-Healing, Wholeness & Freedom
Self-Healing is a recovery process from psychological and emotional wounds, motivated and guided by a person's own inner wisdom. To facilitate that, I bring together the expressive arts, meditation practices, and community to promote holistic healing, consciousness expansion, and embodied experience.

In inviting a relationship between the conscious and the unconscious mind, we create space for memories and emotions stored in the body and below the surface of consciousness to rise into awareness. That way, we can explore and process them in creative ways, in the present moment's safety.
Each person is unique, as we are all shaped by our personal experiences. They leave in us a series of imprints from which we form our identities and narratives. So imagine that there is an entire universe within you. A universe that is particular and mostly unknown. Wouldn't it be amazing to explore its landscapes, its inhabitants, and everything else that constitutes it? That's what I am inviting you to do: travel inwards to get to know yourself intimately, allowing the journey to transform you in ways yet unknown.

Somatic Movement for Releasing and Re-energizing
Release stress from your body, reconnect with safety, and restore energy.
JAN 26TH
11 AM - 1 PM
It’s been a lot these past few weeks, huh? Between the fires, the circus of the inauguration, the anticipation of the cease-fire deal, and all the personal stuff we deal with daily—it’s a lot to hold. And who ends up carrying all of that? Our bodies.
But who takes care of them?
If you feel like you need some releasing and re-energizing, this practice is for you! And if you’re feeling great but want to give yourself some TLC or explore new ways of connecting, moving, and expressing—this is for you, too!
I will offer gentle, intentional guidance to take you deeply into your body, helping you listen to its wisdom and create space for how it wants to move and express itself.
We don’t use mirrors or choreography, allowing for an intuitive, organic, and personal exploration. My guidance is somatic-oriented and poetic, encouraging your mind to witness felt sense and emotions expressing themselves rather than leading the movement.
My intention is to support your experience as it is, and invite you into perspectives within yourself that you might not explore on your own, without imposing an agenda - but creating opportunities for you to experience release and replenishment!
The essence of this practice is to return to the body and reconnect with its wellspring of resources and possibilities. You’ll be guided to find clarity, release, and nourishment for your soul through this process.
Open to everyone, regardless of experience with somatic movement or dance.
