Your Body is an Oracle
Answers are not out there, but inscribed in flesh, rhythm, and breath.
Fri 9/19/25 ~ 7:00 - 9:30 pm
Your body already knows.
It doesn’t lie, and it's always willing to share its wisdom if you’re willing to listen.
This offering is an invitation to reconnect with your body as a source of creativity, clarity, and guidance.

You’ll enter the body as a living oracle, allowing it to reveal the next step, shift a question, or open new perspectives.

Through guided somatic movement and expressive exercises (dance, image-making, writing) you’ll explore a personal question or area where you seek support. Each practice weaves into the next, offering multiple ways to let your body speak, surprise you, and show you the way forward.

You won’t leave with fixed answers, but with a felt sense of direction, a deeper connection to your own embodied wisdom, and renewed clarity about where you are and what is unfolding in your life.
No prior experience with somatics or expressive arts needed. All bodies and all questions are welcome.

Grounded on the Tamalpa Life/Art Process:
A movement-based expressive arts approach that uses movement, dance, drawing, and creative writing to explore personal stories and life themes.
It helps you connect body, emotions, thinking, and imagination, turning lived experience into art as a way to heal, gain insight, and create new possibilities for living.
Facilitated by Ana Liz Ceregatti, RSMT/E
I'm a somatic movement therapist, educator, and artist bridging healing and creativity through the body.

I know what it's like to feel stuck in my head and out of place. Over time, my search for connection and belonging led me back to my own body; the one place that has always been mine to inhabit.

My work is about sharing what I've learned in this process, so that you too can inhabit your body as a source of living wisdom, and as a creative and healing force.
