Service Description
*First session is 1h30min. Ongoing format provides a consistent therapeutic relationship where we can explore your emotional, somatic, and relational patterns with depth. Across a minimum of eight sessions, we follow the threads of your process, work with what arises in the body, and integrate practices that help you cultivate insight, resilience, and meaningful shifts over time. This is ideal if you’re seeking steady support, long-term change, and a space to tend to your internal landscape with continuity.
Cancellation Policy
Once you submit your request, I will review it and respond within one business day to confirm your session time or offer alternatives. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me directly at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee, as the time is reserved specifically for you. Thank you for your understanding and respect for this shared commitment.
